The proposed refinery plant to be located at Umukwata in Delta State Nigeria, shall have a production capacity of 20,000 BPD extended to 320,000 BPD is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the refining of crude oil into various high-quality petroleum products. The Petrochemical plant to be located at Umukwata in Delta State with an installed capacity of 4,000,000 Metric Tons per annum comprising 2 million MTPA steam cracking unit and a 2 million MTPA ammonia plant shall be responsible for the production and marketing of petrochemical products such as polymers, fertilizers, and other specialty chemicals. With advanced manufacturing processes, our petrochemical shall contribute to the growth and development of various industrial sectors in Nigeria and beyond.

The proposed LNG to be installed at Oghara in Delta State Nigeria shall have an installed capacity of 50,000 Metric Tons per day. This subsidiary of the Group shall specialize in the production and distribution of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). He provides board-level and investor-grade leadership over the Group’s integrated energy portfolio, combining deep engineering expertise with commercial, regulatory, and execution oversight. His career spans the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and conceptual engineering through FEED, EPC execution, commissioning, and operations readiness, with a strong focus on capital protection, bankability, and delivery assurance.

Engr. Ibenacho holds a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a Project Management Certificate from Ensign College, Salt Lake City (USA), and extensive training in Applied Business Management, including project, quality, supply chain, and organizational leadership disciplines. He currently serves as the Group Head, Security & Emergency Response (GH-SER) for Conodit Energy Group of Companies, where he provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide security governance across all group assets and operations.

During his long and decorated policing career, Mr. Onosi held several sensitive command, operational, and executive protection roles at divisional, state, national, and international levels.
