Petroleum Refinery
The proposed refinery plant to be located at Umukwata in Delta State Nigeria, shall have a production capacity of 20,000 BPD extended to 320,000 BPD is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the refining of crude oil into various high-quality petroleum products. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and a highly skilled workforce, Conodit Refinery will be committed to meeting the growing demand for refined products while ensuring environmental sustainability.
Petrochemical Manufacturing
The Petrochemical to be located at Umukwata in Delta State with an installed capacity of 1,000,000 Metric Tons extended to 2,000,000 Metric Tons per annum shall be responsible for the production and marketing of petrochemical products such as polymers, fertilizers, and other specialty chemicals. With advanced manufacturing processes, our petrochemical shall contribute to the growth and development of various industrial sectors in Nigeria and beyond.
Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Production
The proposed LNG to be installed at Oghara in Delta State Nigeria shall have an installed capacity of 50,000 Metric Tons per day. This subsidiary of the Group shall specialize in the production and distribution of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). With a focus on clean energy solutions, Conodit group shall utilize advanced liquefaction processes to convert natural gas into a liquid state, allowing for easy storage, transportation, and utilization by various industries worldwide.

Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) Production
The LPG plant caters to the growing demand for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by providing a reliable supply chain and infrastructure. The proposed plant to be installed at Umukwata in Delta State shall have an installed capacity of 15,000 Metric Tons per day. Conodit group is engaged in the distribution, storage, and retailing of LPG, ensuring that this cleaner alternative to traditional fuels reaches households, businesses, and industries efficiently and safely..
Petroleum Exploration and Production
The Exploration and Production subsidiary shall focus on the discovery, extraction, and development of oil and gas reserves globally. Conodit group is at an advanced stage towards acquiring Oil Mining Lease from the Federal Government of Nigeria. The OMLs when developed will enhance the group’s Oil and Gas production and refining in Nigeria. With a skilled team of geologists and engineers, the company leverages advanced exploration techniques and operational excellence to identify and produce hydrocarbon reserves, contributing to the energy security of nations.
Petroleum Products Marketing
The group’s product marketing company shall be responsible for distribution, marketing and sales of all refined petroleum products, liquified Natural gas and liquified Petroleum Gas, produced by the group which aims to provide accessible and convenient fueling solutions to both customers and consumers in Africa and the larger world. With a network of outlets strategically located, the marketing outfit offers various petroleum products, including gasoline and diesel, ensuring a smooth and reliable supply for transportation and for other industries.
